Six months ago, I started on a new chapter at Klein Hornig as the Professional Development Manager. Initially, I had only a glimpse of the firm’s mission and the extensive scope of its endeavors with non-profit organizations, profit developers, housing authorities, and more. It has been an incredible journey working alongside exceptional lawyers and professional staff, dedicated to a mission that resonates deeply with all of us at Klein Hornig and holds immense significance for our clients. I am truly honored and inspired by the opportunity to contribute to such meaningful work.
Tanya Massey brings over two decades of dedicated expertise to her role as the Professional Development Manager at Klein Hornig (KH). With a strong background in professional development and a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion, Tanya plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s culture and success. Her responsibilities span a wide range of crucial functions, including managing the Associate Performance Evaluation Review Process, overseeing Summer Associate Recruiting and the Summer Associate Program, and leading Training, Development, and Learning initiatives for all attorneys.
Tanya also spearheads the firm’s Mentoring Program and ensures the implementation of the Attorney Competency and Development Framework. As Co-Chair of the DEI Committee, Tanya works collaboratively to implement firmwide strategies aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion goals. Additionally, her membership in key committees such as the Professional Development Committee, Associate Evaluation Committee, and Attorney Hiring Committee underscores her integral role in driving professional growth and organizational excellence within KH.
