Paula Pineo is Klein Hornig’s longest tenured legal assistant with over a decade at Klein Hornig and forty years of experience in the legal industry. She supports attorneys in all aspects of a real estate, affordable housing, community development transaction including document preparation and management. Her high level administrative and organizational skills brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, particularly with her background in transactional real estate, commercial law, zoning, permitting and land transactional real estate contracts. She has an in-depth understanding of the deal process and of the intricate mechanics required for overseeing complex, multi-funded deals and often serves as the point of contact when the attorney is not available.
