Housing is at the center of everything in our lives: our access to jobs, schools, health care, and all other types of amenities, which is why it gives me great fulfillment to play a role in developments that provide high quality housing to residents.

Nick Draeger provides legal counsel to nonprofit and for-profit developers involved in affordable housing development across the country.

Nick possesses an in-depth understanding of housing law, enhanced by his prior role at one of the nation’s largest municipal housing finance agencies. This experience has equipped him with extensive knowledge related to affordable housing, including Section 18/RAD blend public housing, low income housing tax credits and tax exempt bond financing structures. Clients appreciate his strong time management skills and his knack for clearly analyzing and articulating complex legal matters.
