I chose Klein Hornig because they represent affordable housing and community developers in complex affordable housing and community preservation. Klein Hornig offers a unique opportunity to learn a specialized area of housing law while assisting clients in navigating an ever-changing landscape. Klein Hornig’s work focuses on an ever-growing social need and I am proud to work for such an organization.

As a Paralegal at Klein Hornig, Milton Chamberlin’s responsibilities span the lifecycle of a transaction. Each deal or development requires unique and specific performance to achieve an intended outcome. His primary responsibilities include drafting, preparing, and reviewing contracts, corporate resolutions, officer certificates, and related transaction documents such as opinions or recording orders.

Additionally, Milton helps assist attorneys with overall transaction management and helps supervise, coordinate, update the maintenance of deal information as a transaction progresses. When necessary, he integrates and assists with required third-party or government entities to prepare, order, and execute required formations, agreements, or certificates.

Designing a dream city is easy; rebuilding a living one takes imagination.

Outside of the office, I enjoy taking part in local events and activities. As an avid golfer, I enjoy walking eighteen holes with friends, family, or colleagues. My wife and I enjoy traveling to experience different cultures and cuisines. We also enjoy trekking any outdoor trail with our Australian Shepherd.
