I focused on this area to help create meaningful change by providing much-needed housing for underserved communities. I enjoy working on a close-nit team and partnering with entrepreneurial developers to solve challenging problems.

Matthew Miller represents nonprofit and for-profit developers on a wide range of affordable housing and community development transactions, serving clients throughout Massachusetts and across the country. He has experience drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and title matters. He also draws from his pre-law school brokerage experience to understand the business side of his projects and anticipate problems and challenges that his clients are likely to confront.

While a law student, Matt completed internships at the Massachusetts Securities Division and Boston Planning and Development Authority and worked with founders of small businesses through Boston College Law School’s Community Enterprise Clinic.
