Joshua Fairchild represents for-profit and nonprofit developers constructing affordable housing and community development projects in Massachusetts and nationwide. Josh offers significant experience drawn from a variety of fields, which in addition to real estate law practice, includes work in state government, nonprofit consulting, the energy sector, and medical sales.
