The affordable housing crisis is one of the most pressing issues facing Americans today. I am proud to work at a firm that is exclusively dedicated to addressing this crisis one project at a time.

Jennifer Bisgaier works with both nonprofit and for-profit developers on a variety of affordable housing and community development projects, with a particular focus on the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia region.

Clients appreciate Jen’s calm and thorough approach to coordinating complex closing logistics. Throughout the course of a deal, Jen brings a can-do attitude and fluid communication style to ensure that the transaction closes smoothly and on time.

Previously, Jen was an associate in the real estate group at a large national law firm where she gained valuable experience on a range of transactional and land use matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, leasing, zoning, and historic preservation.

I enjoy training for triathlons and taking my dog Suki for walks and hikes, both locally in Rock Creek Park as well as in the Shenandoah region when visiting family in central Virginia. I am also a big fan of musicals and dance, including anything written by Stephen Sondheim or choreographed by Justin Peck.
