I am passionate about the work of providing stable, affordable housing nationally to low- and middle-income people in the midst of a severe housing crisis. I love working at a firm with brilliant lawyers who are focused on that same mission.

Gabriel Gassmann represents nonprofit and for-profit developers focusing on affordable housing and community development transactions locally, and nationwide.

As a former Summer Associate in Klein Hornig’s Washington, DC office, Gabriel gained valuable experience working on a range of affordable housing and community development transactions involving low income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and federal and state financing. He specifically enjoys the challenge of tackling complex structuring issues and finds satisfaction in discovering innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes.
