I’m proud to be part of a worthwhile, socially-conscious endeavor. Investing in affordable housing is a necessary step to make sure people have a safe, comfortable place to live.

David Egan represents investors and syndicators in affordable housing projects that involve low-income, historic, and green energy federal and state tax credits. He’s structured deals using Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), renewable energy tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, rental subsidies, and more.

David enjoys collaborating closely with clients to structure financing for projects that benefit communities and further the shared mission of housing for all. He focuses on building a consensus, keeping things smooth for everyone involved, and making sure all parties are aligned throughout the closing process. David is a skilled negotiator and zealous advocate who’s willing to go the extra mile to get it right.

  • Currently representing a national syndicator in a multi-building project involving the new construction of affordable housing and mixed-use space utilizing Low-Income Housing and Energy Tax Credits and private and public debt.

I spend much time outside, often playing basketball, golf, and tennis. I also love attending concerts, particularly ones involving a good jam band.
