Working for a mission-driven firm has forever changed me. Although I do not directly work with the firm’s clients, I know that my efforts positively impact the firm, and, indirectly, its clients. It has been personally rewarding to learn about how Klein Hornig has positively impacted the affordable housing community.
Chris Cummings manages a broad array of responsibilities including day-to-day technology operations, to develop and maintain a multi-year technology strategy focused on a culture of innovation. He is a collaborative and security-minded technology leader who is skilled in managing all aspects of IT operations, strategically aligning organizational goals with innovative technical solutions, and leading complex projects from infancy to successful completion within scope and budget. He’s chiefly focused on confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems and data, and mitigating risk by maintaining a comprehensive security program aligned with applicable laws, standards and best practices.
As the Director of IT and Operations, Chris manages firm operations, leads project management activities, and improves cross-departmental business processes to support the firm’s overall goals, objectives and initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing information governance, and overseeing technology training and library reference resources.
