When I accepted the position of legal assistant at Klein Hornig 10 years ago, I thought I was working for a real estate law firm. But it is so much more than that! It is so rewarding to work with colleagues and clients who are so dedicated to making the lives of the less privileged better by providing housing, community spaces and more. I am honored to be able to work alongside them and continue with their mission.
Bethany Kozlosky is a paralegal specializing in affordable housing developer projects. She assists attorneys on all aspects of mixed finance transactions including document drafting, transaction management, title and survey and due diligence review and entity formation.
