I chose Klein Hornig because of their mission and dedication of service to developing and preserving affordable housing. It is gratifying to know that I play a small part in that mission in helping to provide quality affordable housing for families and communities in need.

As a Paralegal in the Firm’s Investor/Syndicator group, Elizabeth (Beth) Murphy assists attorneys in all aspects of an affordable housing transaction. Beth has significant experience in reviewing due diligence including organizational documents, title, survey, and zoning.

Prior to Klein Hornig, Beth worked as a tax credit specialist for a large asset management company focusing on managing and closing LIHTC and private equity transactions.
