Doruk Onvural
Advising nonprofit and for-profit developers, Doruk Onvural handles a range of affordable housing, community development, and real estate transactions nationwide. His practice encompasses the acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction of housing projects financed with a mix of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, FHA-insured loans, and state and city funding sources. Primarily serving the developers of Affordable Housing in California, Jed D’Abravanel guides clients in finance, real estate, and nonprofit law issues. He also advises organizations on regulatory issues relating to HUD’s Section 8 project-based rental assistance (PBRA) and on project-based voucher (PBV) and housing choice voucher (HCV) programs.
